You are about to enter the new ELISA website. The site operates similarly to the old site and its use is self-explanatory. For users who have developed "screen-scrapper" applications to automatically access their license status, your applications will no longer operate. Please contact the SPAN Help Desk (703-696-0610) for information on how to modify your applications.

Case status information is copied from a DoD computer to ELISA only once each workday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. EST. If you consult ELISA after 8:30 a.m., you will see the new case status information. More than one query to ELISA after 8:30 a.m. will not reveal any new information. Information on closed cases is maintained on ELISA for ten working days.
